This is ME…
Alizah’s approach is deeply rooted in her upbringing, lived experiences, and personal growth through professional endeavors, athletics, and a holistic way of life.
Her professional background spans healthcare, human services, and education. She has supported adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in community day programs, children with autism receiving ABA therapy in clinic, school, and home settings, and young children in early childhood daycare centers and educational environments.
Throughout her athletic journey, Alizah embraced new challenges and opportunities for growth. From volleyball and soccer to softball, her childhood and adolescent experiences shaped her development on and off the field. Her dedication ultimately earned her an athletic scholarship to pursue her academic and athletic career at an NCAA DII University in West Virginia. Then, she transformed her passion for athletics towards coaching; as she found her way back to her High School Alma Mater, and coached boys and girls in various age groups within volleyball, soccer, and softball.
Now, Alizah brings together her professional experiences, athletic background, and personal growth to cultivate her holistic healing. Every role, environment, and experience has shaped her becoming, guiding her toward a purpose rooted in service—holding a light for others as they navigate their own journeys of healing, growth, and self-mastery.
